Back to the canvas

I've been away from learning to paint for some time. I lost the space i had and the basement became available. So i moved everything down there. I realized how rusty i was when i started a painting of a mantel clock, something fairly simple, and made a total mess of it. Yeah i need to spend more time painting instead of on the ole laptop! Too bad there's no way to do both at the same time...

If only...Well one can dream...
